Rebecca Franceschetti, LSW

Therapist

Rebecca has worked with clients of all ages and diverse backgrounds who are navigating the daily impact of trauma, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, substance abuse, life transitions and a myriad of other issues. She practices from a place that you are the expert when it comes to your lived experiences. Her therapeutic style is centered around respect and empathy and she strives to empower and encourage you as the expert in your journey to heal and gain insight into why you do what you do. She is here to support you and to provide you with a safe space where you can learn, grow, and alleviate emotional suffering.

Rebecca is trauma informed, EMDR trained, and utilizes Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) most often during sessions. She understands it takes courage, hard work, understanding and self compassion to heal from traumatic and difficult events in our lives. When unresolved it can lead to addiction, anger, suicidal ideation, relationship issues, depression, and anxiety. A quote that motivates her to do what she does is “Your now is not your forever”- John Green.

For fun Rebecca likes to read, cook and spend time with her family and 3 cats.
